Employees are empowered because they are part of a group that gets to decide on their own what their work life involves. In the process, they receive training and support in the areas of work-life design, office culture, and communication.

It’s not just employees who are empowered. Many people are empowered to work in some way. But only some people are empowered to work in the way that most people would consider empowerment. So it’s not that one person is empowered and the other is not.

The empowerment is a benefit for all employees to a certain extent. In the workplace, there are many ways to be empowered. Some empower others, some empower themselves, and some empower others to empower themselves. But to the worker, empowerment is an all-encompassing benefit. It’s very hard for us to get the most out of the employees, but if we want them to feel empowered, we can give them the power. But it’s not enough to have the most people of that group feel empowered. The empowerment is also a benefit for the person to do the work.

The goal is to feel empowered to do the job. When we feel empowered, we know we can do the job. If we are not empowered, we feel very limited in what we can do. The only way to empower employees is to give them the power to do the job. And because the work is not a “thing,” the employees will have to learn to do the work themselves.

The ability to do the job of employees is the ability to learn. We learn by doing the job. And while we cannot ask for or get answers too often, we have to do the job as best we can. We have to keep asking for answers so we can get them.
