This is the title the French government has given to the new buildings they want to build in France. The buildings are called sui vie, which means “self-awareness” in French. The buildings are meant to ensure that new buildings are constructed with the awareness of the people who live in them.

The English government is very big on self-awareness. They have also given a list of 100 things the government should “succeed” to build in France. This is a great thing to go through, but it comes with some risks.

To build the sui vie, the French government requires that each building has an owner, a person who cares for the building and is willing to put in the effort to make it a success. A building that doesn’t have a person who cares for it is going to be a failure. You can probably guess what type of person is in charge of each building. Not a building that wants to be successful, a building that is just trying to be.

The problem is that the building owner is not a human being. The person is not a member of the party. The person is just an ordinary person that has the ability to do something about the world and is not interested in doing it. The building owner seems to have no interest in doing anything about the world. When you have a building that doesn’t have a person who cares for it, you are not a happy person.
