When you have a new home, it’s not unusual for someone to take a few minutes to take a look at it and then move on to the next one. This is probably the most common reason why people take a second look at a home and move on to another one. It’s the same reason to take photos and video, but sometimes it’s more appropriate to take a second look. It’s also one of the more popular reasons to take a second look at a home.
This was a couple years ago, when we were studying it out at a family reunion in Phoenix. We had seen a couple of people who were doing something wrong at a family reunion. We were like, “Hey, this is going to be a totally different thing. How could that be?” (But the person that was doing it was very good). Then we looked at the person. They looked at us and said, “Oh, sorry. That’s okay.
When I talk about a home, I often say, “I know how your mom is.” So we would say, If you want to do something that you’re not sure about, just do it now. Instead of saying, Here are the people that are going to get their day in the office and make sure they are all here for the day. And I’d say, Hey, this is how the party goes. This was like a really cool party.
I think I got a little annoyed last night when I thought that when I looked at someone’s phone numbers, they were calling the same person, and I had an overwhelming urge to go check into someone’s home. I didn’t see any reason that the phone numbers that were calling different folks would be the same.
Again, I’ve had this experience in my life. I’ve been on several different dating sites and it’s been a good experience. The one site I’ve found myself on more often is craigslist.com. I’m looking for a house to buy. A couple of my friends have been on craigslist and I’m always impressed with the honesty of some of the postings.
Yeah, I know that craigslist is not the best of all time, but I see some of the posts that are made on craigslist and I think it is great that one person is posting there and it is not all “scam” posts. I dont know how to feel about that though. One thing is for sure though, I dont think Im going to get anywhere with craigslist.
Some people might be able to give you a list of the houses they are looking for. I’ll bet you are not the only one out there who is looking for a place to live. But that doesn’t mean you should be scammed about it. It just means you should be careful with the information you give out.
I would argue that craigslist is like an internet dating service for real estate. People who sign up might be looking to find a place for long-term marriage or possibly a place for a long-term vacation with their significant other. It’s like saying “Oh, I’m going to be living in that house and renting it for the entire summer. How cool would I be?” But it’s way too easy to get scammed.
That’s where I think the biggest problem lies—people have enough money to do it, that’s the problem. I don’t know how to get started.
