It’s a good question. It’s a fair question, but do people really believe in the right thing after all? I think that’s one of the most important questions for any person who takes their eyes off this new-home project.

Satisficing is great, I know. But its also a trap. Our jobs as human beings are to get as much out of a given situation as we can. We are not robots and we cannot get anything done if we are not doing everything we can to make this project a success. So here’s the thing… people aren’t satisfied with the outcomes of their projects. They want to be part of the success of the project.

When you get that job, and you think that someone will get a bonus for the job, then all you will have to do is just sit back and accept it. You have no idea how many people have already given you the bonus if it is not your project.

People are not in it for the money and have a clear idea of what they want and what they are willing to do to get it. You give a project to your best friend, and your friend gives you the job. That is not Satisficing. It is maximization. In the latter case, you are actually looking at the end result and you are not in the process of maximizing any of the things that you are being asked to optimize for.

The point being that you aren’t in the process of optimizing for the end result. You are in the process of optimizing for the project. In other words, you are not maximizing anything. You are optimizing for the best job that you could get for the project.

This is what most of our friends are saying when we talk about how they are currently feeling about all the tasks that they are supposed to be doing for their project. The obvious question is, is it still feasible or not? If you have the ability to work with the team, then you are in the process of maximizing the things that you should be doing.

Satisficing is another term for maximization. Satisficing is when you focus on maximizing your current level of progress, rather than trying to get closer to your next milestone. For example, instead of focusing on making your next step a little bit easier, you might focus on making your next step a little bit more difficult. You might focus on the smallest improvement that you can make to your current level of progress instead of working on getting the next step out the door.

People can become too focused on their current progress, rather than on what they can improve. Maximization is when you work on maximizing your current level of progress, rather than trying to get closer to your next milestone. For example, instead of focusing on making your next step a little bit easier, you might focus on making your next step a little bit more difficult.

Wow! I can't believe we finally got to meet in person. You probably remember me from class or an event, and that's why this profile is so interesting - it traces my journey from student-athlete at the University of California Davis into a successful entrepreneur with multiple ventures under her belt by age 25
