We take the time to think about the environmental impact of our organization’s work environment. Some people are thinking about the environmental impact of other employees’ work environments and therefore thinking about the environmental impacts of their work environment. Others are thinking about the environmental impact of their organization’s work environment and therefore thinking about the environmental impacts of their organization’s organizational work environment.
It’s not clear to me that there is a direct correlation between the two. It’s just that if someone thinks about the environmental impact of their work environment, they’ll probably think about the environmental impact of their organizational work environment.
