I’ve always been interested in the concept of the three levels of self-awareness. There is a clear dichotomy between the “I” level and the “me” level. The “I” level is the internal self that is the self that is responsible for the “me” level. The “me” level is the external self that is responsible for the “I” level.

Self-awareness is very much a tool. The best self-awareness I have encountered is in people who are aware of their own strengths and weaknesses. They understand that they are good at a certain task but they can do better on a different task, and they are aware that they are bad at a certain task, but they can do better on a different one. I would say that the best self-awareness I have encountered is in people who are aware of what other people are doing.

I am a fairly big fan of self-awareness tools that are designed to make us aware of our own strengths and weaknesses (like the I level) and how we can improve on those strengths and weaknesses. The I level is a tool that helps you identify how you can improve your ability to do something, to help you improve your work habits, and to improve on your skills.

The I level tool is one that I have used in the past (and still use) so I can identify the skills that I have that could be improved in the workplace. A tool like the I level is a great tool for gauging the work habits of a person, particularly if they are self-aware of their own strengths and weaknesses. The I level is an important tool in the self-awareness toolbox.
