One of those employees is a security guard at the company. He’s a kind, but also somewhat obnoxious, man. He’s a bit of a jerk and also, I think, a bit of a bully. He’s not so much anti-social as he’s anti-social in the wrong places. He is also a bit of a sociopath, which is something I don’t usually see at work because I am a big fan of the guy.
He is also a man who has lost his mind. He is also a man who has lost his job, but also a man who has lost his wife. I think that is the most important thing to consider when putting together a career path. A good job requires a certain amount of socialization. If you are a jerk or a bully at work, you will find it hard to fit in with others. You will find it hard to get along with coworkers and supervisors.
The Zappos culture is built on the idea that you can make a lot of money in the same way you can make lots of money at work. We at Zappos are very clear about that. We know that if you come to work and are a jerk, you will be gone. If you come to work and are a jerk at work, you will be gone. If you come to work and are a jerk anywhere else, you will be gone.
We at Zappos don’t just tolerate being jerks. We welcome jerks. We see that when you come to work and are a jerk at work, you can be jerks anywhere else. You are welcome where you are. You are not welcome anywhere else.
