One of the main aspects of fairness is having the best pay, and a lot of companies have a reputation around the globe for being fair. But what about the people? The workers? The people who put in the hours on the line to meet the company’s expectations? Most people wouldn’t be happy if their employer cheated them.
This is a common complaint among employees about their company. It’s also a complaint that companies make about themselves. What is often called the “employee relations” problem is when employees feel that the company is treating them poorly because their work is not getting performed to the standards they expect. This can be a real source of stress and dissatisfaction for employees and can even lead them to quit.

I wonder what this means for employee’s feelings of fairness since they already feel they are exploited in a way.
As we all know, we work for the government, or the corporation or the big house. We’re not doing the work for the company or the government because it’s the right thing to do, or because they feel like they are being treated unfairly. We’re doing the work because we feel we should. It’s our right to feel this way. We’re not doing it because we’re lazy, or because they feel like they will never be as good as we are.
So when we look at a situation and see our employer or the company treat us badly, our first instinct is to do what everyone else does. We may even do something to retaliate. But over the years we’ve learned to just be OK with the situation, which is why we’re so good at what we do.
The term “fair” that we use to describe what are perceived to be unfair situations, when we feel like we are being treated unfairly, is the perception. It is not the perception that is being felt. It’s the way we feel that is being perceived. So to address this, we need to address the perception. In addition, we have to start taking into account the real cost of our actions. When are we doing the work we feel we should be doing.
In this example, we are doing the work that we feel we should be doing, and we are doing the work that we think is fair, or in this case, that is perceived to be unfair. But we are also doing the work that we feel we should not be doing. And this is where our motivation to be fair comes in.
