I was recently introduced to podsum because of this post on my blog, and it’s so delicious. I love the way podsum melts in your mouth, and the way the cheese is so creamy and perfect with the buttery flavor. I have been making it a lot lately, but I have to say that its my absolute favorite. I like the way that it’s not too thick, and the cheese doesn’t get on the roof of my mouth when I eat it.
