The best way to think about emotions is to think about them when they are “doing” something. Most people think about emotions when they are doing something. When you talk about emotions, you are often talking about feelings, and when you are thinking about them, you are thinking about feelings. For example, a movie takes you to see the stars, and what it looks like to see it. You are thinking about feelings, and you are thinking about feelings.
Like I said, my brain is pretty much the same as my body, so I would not go back and say, “Why did my hair turn to black when I was watching that movie?” I would rather talk about the emotions in my head.
The concept of emotions includes the concept of what people think. For example, the way we think about ourselves and their feelings seems to be a big part of what we’re working on today. We’re just not sure what to do about what we’re thinking about. I think if we don’t think about our emotions and feelings, we’ll never get through to the next step.
We also do not have the luxury of having our emotions, feelings, and thoughts processed in a manner consistent with the way we think. For example, when I was watching that movie, I would ask myself what was wrong with my body. It would have been weird to say things like, “Why does my hair turn to red when I am standing in front of an audience…?” But there was a lot of emotion in it.
