I am fascinated by the idea that we are all subconsciously programmed to do certain things because this is what we have been taught by our society. What I mean by this is that we are programmed to be more careful with money, for example, because we are taught to be more careful with money. The problem is, that is just the surface of the story. The deeper the rabbit hole, the more you realize that what we have been taught is actually wrong.

When we spend the majority of our time thinking about ourselves, we can change our behavior. We can change our behavior by observing ourselves. We can change our behavior by watching our activities. We can change our behavior by following our social media habits. When we are not aware of how our actions and reactions are taking place, we can change our behavior by just going along the same route. We can change our behavior by thinking, thinking, thinking.
I think the difference between a person who is and is not aware of their behavior and a person who is and is not aware of their activity is obvious. People who are aware of their activity are more likely to be in danger while people who are aware of their activity are more likely to be in danger.

Self-awareness is about knowing you can learn from your own mistakes, about the potential for change, and about learning to deal with any challenges that you face.
