We know that we should eat more protein, fat, and fiber, because we need all of these, but we don’t know how we can easily measure it. There have been a lot of studies in the last few decades that show that these things actually add to the composition of your blood. We know that we should eat more fiber-rich foods, but we don’t know how we can measure it.
Theres a whole lot more to it than that. Fibers have a lot more fiber in them than protein, but they are also more difficult to digest than proteins. We know that we should eat more fiber-rich foods, but we dont know how we can easily measure it.
The study that you cited didn’t look for blood in the samples but for the fibers, and the numbers were consistent.
The study we did was to determine the relative amount of each fatty acid in your blood to the number of different types of fats, which has a very high correlation with blood sugar. So the fat was found to be higher than the protein, and the fiber was found to be lower than the protein.
And, for some reason, the number of different fats, if you’re looking at the numbers, it’s more like 3 or 4 per person. The study we did was to determine the relative amount of each fat, and we found that the fat was actually lower than the protein, and the fiber was lower than the protein.
