However, if you have a lot of sales employees, you want to think ahead and plan ahead. Consider having your sales team make a list of all of the prospects that you want to acquire.

The only time I’ve ever seen a sales person call on me was when I was pitching my first product. I never knew how much they cost and how much they would cost me. Although I was very, very fortunate, I was also very naive. So I didn’t really know how much they would cost me. I thought I’d be very lucky if I could get a two figure return on one sales call.

And that’s when I got it. If you’re going to charge for a sales call, you’re going to charge for a sales call. There are a lot of ways to go about it, but the best is to charge for a sales call. This may sound odd, but its one of the most common ways to charge for a sales call from my perspective. I have been in sales for over 16 years and have never charged for a single sales call.
