The way we interact with others has the potential to create a culture of mutuality that promotes the highest levels of leadership.

In the last week I was told that a company I worked at in Argentina was going to fire another employee who had been promoted for his performance. The company’s leadership was convinced that the new employee had made an unqualified mistake, so they felt it was time to let go. One of my colleagues argued that this was a mistake that the leadership should have made, not made the mistake. In the end, the leaders of the company were convinced they had made the wrong decision.

Leadership is a cultural construct. Leadership is a way of behaving, a way of thinking. It is a process, to be sure, but it is not something that is fixed in a vacuum. Like any other concept, it is created by humans, and like any other concept, it is continually changed by humans in the process. For instance, the CEO of a company I worked for recently changed his mind about how to treat his employees.

Companies have cultures, and leaders, too. People in the leadership of the company were convinced they had made the wrong decision. Leadership is a cultural construct. When you think of leadership, you think of a particular way of acting, thought, or behaving. You think of it as a way of thinking. But this idea of leadership as a specific way of acting is not the same as what it really is. It is not a way of thinking. It is a way of behaving.

Leadership is change. People are change. And change is messy. When something is messy, it’s prone to making mistakes. And mistakes are inevitable. So, as the saying goes, if you want to lead, you have to lead with your hands.

I don’t mean to be a bad person, but you should be capable of being a good person. I do not mean to be a bad person, but you should be capable of being a good person.

Leadership is about people. And if you want to be a leader, you have to be a leader. And what better way to be a leader than to learn to lead people? You shouldn’t be a leader just because you think you are, and you should be a leader because you just are. It is a process, and if you want to be a good leader, you have to learn to lead. So that is the first step.

That is all well and good, but what about the two steps to leadership? The second step is the process. And that is the next step. And the previous step is the first step. The first step is to learn to lead people. The second step is to learn how to lead people. And the last step is to learn how to lead people.

The second step is to develop a deeper commitment. This requires the ability to do as difficult and hard as you can. It requires the ability to do as hard as you can, but also the ability to learn how to do it. That is where the second step comes in, and that is leadership.

Wow! I can't believe we finally got to meet in person. You probably remember me from class or an event, and that's why this profile is so interesting - it traces my journey from student-athlete at the University of California Davis into a successful entrepreneur with multiple ventures under her belt by age 25
