That’s right. Even though we’re in the business of doing things and not just creating them, we still take a project and decide how we want to spend it. For our baseline budget, we do this by taking a project, deciding what it is we’re going to do with it, and taking a lot of measurements and information to make those decisions.

This approach isn’t ideal though because it means that we have to decide what we’re doing and how we’re doing it before we do it, and that makes it harder to be able to measure our success. One of the easiest ways to avoid this is to have a budget that is derived from the measurements already taken, but that requires a lot more information so it can be done by humans. There are ways to do this without having to take measurements, but they are not easy.

In the case of Deathloop, I’ve spent a lot of time and money making the game. I think this new development is good for a lot of reasons. I think it’s also good for the game. I think this is the best development I’ve ever made in the game.
